Breathing Yoga is about Relaxing, Remembering and Resting in our deepest knowing.
 
Breathing Yoga utilizes yoga, deep breathing and intent as a vehicle to restore balance to body and mind and awaken creativity.  Receive guidance about how to open and deepen your breathing for relaxation, health and healing.
 
The workshop will be an internal journey where we will become intimately connected to our breath.  Experience your body breathing in vital life-force energy into areas of tension, allowing them to melt away, creating new space.  There will also be some playful space for community interaction and partner work.  This will serve as an outward exploration of connection to our environment and each other as a reflection of our relationship to the breath.
