Maya Deva Adjani is the passionate heart and creator behind Breathe Eat Dance Evolve. Drawing upon her extensive background as a Transformational Breath Therapist, RAW Food Chef and Educator, Dancer, Yogini and lover of life, this dynamic process is designed to bring healing, awareness, positive change and Joy to the most fundamental aspects of life- the way we breathe, eat and move!
Maya's approach to health is based on the principle that it is what we are being now which shapes our reality and that enlightenment happens inside our bodies, not somewhere up in space.
Breathe Eat Dance Evolve is infused with insight from her spiritual journey as well as teachings from The Yantra Deck: The Art of Being Present, which Maya co-authored (www.YantraDeck.com).
Maya Deva Adjani brings eight years of experience with the Raw foods lifestyle, six years of experience facilitating breathwork with hundreds of individuals and groups, and her life-long practice and training in Yoga and meditation to her dynamic retreats and seminars.

Breathe Eat Dance Evolve is a FUN, life-affirming system designed to support you to breathe properly, incorporate nourishing, high-energy RAW foods into your lifestyle, and feel more happy, relaxed and centered in your body through movement and meditation.
How It Works
Tranforming the way we breathe, eat and move daily causes a 'ripple effect' and thus spreads positive change throughout every area of our lives. Ultimately how we as individuals breathe, eat and move not only impacts our health and how we individually feel about ourselves, but the well-being of the world itelf.
Breathe Eat Dance Evolve is offered as a 3-Day and 5-day
All-Inclusive Retreat. Master Workshops, Presentations and Community Celebrations focused on specific topics are also available.
Experiential Weekend Retreat includes...
Daily Breathing Sessions, Gourmet Raw Food, Therapeutic Yoga, Dance, Meditation, and Deeksha (Oneness blessing).The program generally begins at 5pm Friday evening and concludes by 3pm Sunday afternoon. Delicious Raw Meals, plenty of fresh fruit, juices and energizing snacks and 1 rest period Saturday included. Housing and Accomodation vary depending on location.

Transformational Breath delivers Vital Oxygen- the most essential healing nutrient known on the planet- to every cell of your body!
In this 1-hour session, Maya will identify your particular breathing pattern, gently guide you to release blockages, and support you to cultivate safety and peace in your body so that you may breathe more fully and openly. Receive a deep relaxation, greater clarity and feel 10 pounds lighter!
