What is Transformational Breath?

A Self - empowering and deeply healing process, TB creates great transformation in one’s life. This dynamically powerful technique utilizes a high vibrational energy force created by a specific breathing pattern. It allows us to breathe better, to have more energy, to feel more peaceful and loving, and ultimately, to attain higher levels of consciousness.
Breathing is a physiological process over which we have some voluntary control. Since the body continues to breathe on it’s own even when we are not consciously aware of it, we tend to take our breath for granted. Unfortunately, restricted and shallow breathing patterns are common and often a learned response triggered by emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, pain and stress. The more our breathing shuts down, the more we are cut off from our primary source of energy. Our mental and emotional states suffer, and we are no longer bringing in all of the oxygen needed for healthy, nourished cells. Nor are we releasing all of the toxins necessary for optimal health.
Transformational Breathing is a safe and effective way to take
conscious control of this critical function and begin to lead
a healthier and more joyful life.
